    Abstract

VACA FLORES, Juana Lourdes. Response times in the process of environmental licenses. Rev tec u [online]. 2019, vol.1, n.14, pp. 47-60. ISSN 1991-6469.

ABSTRACT The variations in excess time used in the preparation of environmental documents are explained by a set of variables that include the type processed, the type of project committed and the conformation of the group of consultants. These results are obtained from a register of 130 projects processed by a consultancy specialized in this type of commissions, over the five years elapsed between 2012 and 2017. Advanced statistical inference techniques are used, including distributions of frequency, test of hypothesis in contingency tables and a regression model of time series.

Keywords : competent authorities; environmental legislation; environmental licenses; regression models; excess times.
