Abstract
OCAMPO VERAMENDI, Cassandra Rosario. Comparative evaluation of oil well drilling, using Casing Drilling vs Conventional Drilling. Rev tec u [online]. 2019, vol.1, n.14, pp. 38-46. ISSN 1991-6469.
Abstract This document establishes the impact coefficients of the depth of the drilling on the times and costs. Additionally, the field where the wells are located explains in some circumstances the differences in time and cost of the drilling. These conclusions are reached based on data provided by the national oil company YPFB, corresponding to 35 wells located in the Boquerón, Yapacaní and Patujú fields of the department of Santa Cruz. The techniques used to show these results include the examination of joint probability distributions in contingency tables and linear regression models estimated by the least squares method.
