At present, the changes in the market and in the environment and the globalization impose to the companies a very much dynamic flexible character in their organizational behavior. In this situation, the companies are engaged in the organizational changes systematic processes to face these challenges. These changes are not always driven appropriately by the companies and in many occasions they take place in spontaneous ways resulting in unfavourable impacts or not wanted out purts. In this sense, the work that is presented is aimed at characterizing the organizational change process and making evident the necessity of its management throught projects, given the advantages of the use of this approach
