Sarcoidosis is an autoimmune, idiopathic and granulomatous disease with multisystemic involvement, is characterized by a lung disease, sometimes as the initial manifestation. Sarcoidosis has prevalence in the African American race, and rarely occurs in Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese people. The diagnosis is given by the triad of: clinical presentation or radiographic image that indicates sarcoidosis, noncaseating granulomas shown and have discarded other diseases. We report the case of a male patient aged 19 that has been diagnosed with sarcoidosis by biopsy at age 8 , with lung - skin condition and currently diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. This association is been presented because patients with sarcoidosis with pulmonary involvement usually have the complication of pulmonary hypertension.

Palabras llave : Pulmonary hypertension; sarcoidosis.
