    This paper, is a review of general teaching methods to stimulate creativity and others that are more akin to the inventiveness and innovation (SCAMPER, TRIZ, Kilpatrick Project, Quality Function Deployment QFD, chronological map, prospective). The amount of methods to process ideas, has changed the concept that marked the creativity and innate talent, by fostering creativity in sociocultural contexts to further develop the specialized method creator of technology. Consequently, the Bolivian University and especially the UMSA,need spaces for academic analysis and reflection on this new model, invent the future, using the specialized method to create technology, influenced by the stimulus to creativity, inventiveness and innovation to work in NGT global and / or regional Appropriate Technologies.
